Order Processing

Orders are generally processed daily under normal packaging and shipping circumstances.

Processing and delivery times may vary due to product availability, holidays, weather, and shipping-carrier schedules.

Order Cancellations

Customers may cancel an order at any time before it has shipped.

Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but customers may contact us regarding any problems with their purchase.

Returns and Food Safety

Because we sell food products, we generally cannot accept returns of nuts that have been delivered to customers.

This policy helps us maintain food safety and product quality.

Please do not return food products without contacting us first.

Unsatisfactory Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or otherwise unsatisfactory, please contact us.

We review concerns individually and work with customers to determine an appropriate resolution.

Depending on the circumstances, a resolution may include a replacement, refund, or another mutually acceptable arrangement.

Please provide your order number and a description of the problem. Photographs may be helpful when an item arrives damaged.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution and payment processor.

Shipping Charges

Shipping-charge refunds are considered individually based on the circumstances of the order and the reason for the refund.

International Orders

Orders shipped to Germany are subject to applicable international shipping requirements and mandatory consumer protection laws.
